When the Registrants or the Clients register their businesses and/or services, they submit to the Service the information of their businesses and/or services by filling the registration form through the agents or directly. Such information includes private information of the person in charge of the registration such as the person’s name, Email address, phone No. and Fax No.
Email address, phone No and Fax No. are treated as private information when the information fall under all of the following conditions:
- The information belong to the person not to the company/business
- The information is different from the information designated to be displayed as the search result or as the business’s or the service’s detailed information in the Service.
Business/service names, addresses, phone No’s, Fax No’s and Email addresses registered by the Registrants and collected by the Service are not treated as private information even when such information belong to individuals and individually identifiable if the information are already used for business purpose and open in public. In this case the Service may accept in the request if such information is requested not to display in the service and if the request is made by the person to which the information belong.
The Service collects access information about your use of the Service. For instance, the Service may collect various forms of click stream information such as IP address information, entry and exit points for our site (i.e., referring URLs or domains), search terms, site traffic, page views, impressions, and operating system and browser type. The Service may use Email addresses including the Email addresses of the person in charge for providing services, for promotion, or for providing advertisement. We may send Email messages from time to time to provide service or support, for our own marketing purposes, or for promotion purpose, including advertisements provided by our advertisers. If you have provided us with your e-mail address but do not want to receive promotional material or advertisement material, please let us know by replying to the email with your refusal to receive such material.

4. Client ID and Password
In the case third parties acquire the user ID and password of the Client, the private information included in the registered information can be accessed through internet. To protect the client ID and password from being known by any third party is solely the Client’s responsibility. Higher security should be kept by changing password from time to time.
5. Authorised Access to Private Information
The private information of the person in charge registered in the Service can be accessed and revised online by the person in charge.
